WOODPECKER M.C. S.A.S. is a Colombian legal and strategic consulting firm with a binational focus and international reach, operating under the brand name W. Management Consulting. It is headquartered in Medellín, Colombia, and has a parallel structure in the United States through WOODPECKER M.C. LLC. Its main purpose is to connect people with real opportunities globally through comprehensive services in international mobility, business expansion, financial management, and legal advice in Colombia. The firm provides immigration, corporate, and educational solutions that respond to the specific needs of students, professionals, investors, companies, and families in transit between countries such as the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services offered by WOODPECKER M.C S.A.S. in Colombia and WOODPECKER M.C LLC in the United States, hereinafter WOODPECKER M.C, provided both in person and online.
By accessing any of our services—including those related to international mobility, business expansion, financial management, and legal consulting—the user fully and expressly accepts the conditions described herein. These provisions apply to all individuals or legal entities that use our services, without exception. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend that you refrain from using our channels and services.
WOODPECKER M.C reserves the right to update or modify, at any time, both these Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions associated with each service.
Capacity
The services of WOODPECKER M.C. may be used and contracted by persons of legal age who have the legal capacity to contract, either personally or as duly authorized legal representatives of a legal entity. To do so, they must have valid identification documents, such as a citizenship card, passport, Tax Identification Number (RUT), or certificate of existence and legal representation, as applicable.
The contracting of services requires the corresponding payment and the express acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available for consultation on the firm’s official channels. The use of the services implies full acceptance of all applicable contractual provisions.
Data privacy
WOODPECKER M.C. is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with applicable legislation in Colombia and the United States. All information provided will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for purposes related to the provision of the contracted services.
Commercial information
WOODPECKER M.C offers users a portfolio of strategic services classified into four main areas:

Each service includes technical, professional, and ethical support as described in the annexes that form an integral part of this document. In addition to each of the services offered by WOODPECKER M.C. S.A.S., there are specific terms and conditions of use that regulate their execution, scope, and particularities. These rules form an integral part of the service provision contract and must be accepted by the User at the time of contracting.
Rates and payments
The rates applicable to the services offered by WOODPECKER M.C. S.A.S. are subject to the provisions of the service agreement formalized between the parties.
This agreement shall specifically determine:
• The amount to be paid for the requested service.
• The duration of the service.
• The duration of the service.
• The conditions of execution, monitoring, or renewal, if applicable.
To find out the details of the fees corresponding to each type of service (International Mobility, Business Expansion, Financial Management, or Legal Management in Colombia), Users must consult the specific Terms and Conditions established in the respective annexes, which form an integral part of the contract.
In all cases, and in accordance with legal obligations, the corresponding invoice will be issued in the name of the User or contracting entity, based on the tax information registered and uploaded by the User in their account, application form, or contract.
WOODPECKER M.C. S.A.S. reserves the right to adjust its rates based on the complexity of the case, the jurisdiction involved, the documentary load, the time dedicated to the case, and other technical factors. Any adjustment will be notified to the User in advance of its formal acceptance.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
The user may request a full or partial refund within five (5) business days of purchase, provided that the service has not yet been rendered. Once the advisory process has begun,
the service is considered to have been consumed and will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds, when applicable, will be governed by the following conditions:
• It will be made in the original currency of issue.
• It will be made by bank transfer, upon presentation of account certification and a copy of the identity document.
• The estimated time for the refund is 30 business days after formal approval of the request.
Payments made to third parties such as consular fees, shipping costs, biometrics, medical examinations, among others, will not be refunded.
Duration and termination of the contract
The contractual relationship between the user and WOODPECKER M.C begins at the moment the payment for the contracted service is confirmed. This relationship will remain in force until the completion of the service in accordance with the terms established in the respective annexes. Grounds for early termination include, but are not limited to:
• Provision of false, incomplete, or manipulated information.
• Failure to make payments.
• Lack of active collaboration on the part of the user.
• Conduct that affects the reputation of WOODPECKER M.C.
• Illness, death, or documented withdrawal of the user.
Rates are subject to the provisions of the service contract, in which case the amount and duration will be determined therein.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
Accessing, browsing, and using the digital platform, as well as contracting any of the services offered by WOODPECKER M.C. S.A.S., implies the express, informed, and voluntary acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, which govern the relationship between the user and the company, without prejudice to the specific conditions applicable to each service.
Likewise, it is understood that the user has read, understood, and accepted both these General Terms and Conditions and the specific provisions contained in the annexes corresponding to each line of service (International Mobility, Business Expansion, Financial Management, and Legal Management in Colombia).
Validity of the terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on the date of their publication on the official channels of WOODPECKER M.C. S.A.S. and shall remain in force until they are modified or replaced by an updated version.
WOODPECKER M.C. reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior authorization from users. Any changes will be duly communicated through the website, email, or other official means available.
Modifications will take effect upon publication, unless a different date is expressly indicated. In any case, the contracting and use of services after the publication of the new terms will imply full acceptance of the updated conditions.
